1. Segments must be entered in the system first. Add your segments exactly how they are entered on your spreadsheet, these are case sensitive.


2. Managers must be uploaded into the system before the individuals. This way the framework is set up for them to acquire team members.


Step 1:  Navigate to your user profile menu and select "Manage Users":


Step 2:  Click on "Import People":



Step 3:  From the prompt, input a "Password".  


Step 4: Input the person's information: (Remember to import all managers first, then import the individuals to the managers' team)
