Huddle:


1. Scheduled huddles reminder

  Invite user to an Event 30 minutes before an event 24 hours before an event 48 hours before an event

When the event is schedule for the first time:

The messages are sent by email/push/alert

to all team member right after an event is created.

When time difference between theevent_created andevent_start

is more than 1 hour:

The messages are sent by email/push/alert

to all team members30 minutes before an event start time.

When time difference between the event_created andevent_start

is more than 24 hours + (hours betweenevent_created and the following midnight):

The messages are sent by email/push/alert

to all team member 24 hoursbefore an event start time.

When time difference between the event_created andevent_start

is more than 48 hours + (hours betweenevent_created and the following midnight):

The messages are sent by email

to manager 48 hours before an event start time.

  All of these messages except invitations will be re-created if user click the 'Notify team' button when attempting to update the event.

2. Exercise submission notification is sent to the host.


3. Responses (comments) to exercise submission is sent to the person who submitted the exercise

  ie. A person comments on an exercise submission, the person who submitted the exercise receives an email notification containing the comment.


Certification:


1. Alerts are sent out 24 hours before each due date

   a. Start Date

   b. Upload Date

   c. Peer Review

   d. Team Review


2. Confirmation of certification submission is sent to:

   a. Participant

   c. Participant's manager

   d. Host


3. A user reviews/grade a certification submission: Email and mobile notification is sent to the person who submitted the certification.
